Packaging

To save the planet and reduce waste, we will try to pack many items in one package if you order multiple items. This may result in a slightly longer processing time, especially for orders of more than 5 items.

 


Restrictions

Please note that there are some restrictions that our carriers can't ensure safe delivery. Please double check the nominated shipping address contains specific details such as unit number, street number, building number, etc. 

We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by the negligent behaviors of customers. For example, providing incorrect delivery information including name, address, zip code, etc.

For certain countries (including U.S. island territories), you may have to go to your local postal office to pick up the package and the delivery time may be longer than suggested above. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

  


Customs Duties

Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers, especially if you choose Express shipping for your order.

Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, we cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.


Additional Information

1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes /APO/FPO addresses and non-continental Europe (islands and territories affiliated with the aforementioned European countries). Also, you will more likely be charged for customs duties than flat-rate shipping.

2) Shipping Time does not include a 1-5 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed. For pre-order items, the wait will be longer as we cannot guarantee the manufacturer's schedule.

3) If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 90 days after your order was placed.

Returns

Return Policy

Dear customer, if you have any problems with the product quality within 15 days of receiving the goods, please contact us by sending an email first, we will reply you within 24-48 hours, and provide you with free return service! If you are not satisfied with the product, we also accept returns, but non-quality problems require you to bear the shipping cost!

We sincerely hope that you are delighted with your purchase from Flowersverse! However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help with our return policy. Please take a moment to review the following guidelines:

  • We accept partial or full refunds for items that have problems due to our negligence. However, please note that if the issue with the item is not attributed to Flowersverse, we cannot guarantee a refund as we do not offer free returns.

B. Return Process

To initiate a return, please adhere to the following steps:

  1. Contact our customer service department within 5 days of receiving your package to report any issues with the goods.

  2. Provide photographic evidence showcasing any damage or quality concerns with the items, including incorrect sizes, styles, or colors.

  3. Only products returned in their original condition, unaltered, unwashed, and free from smoke will be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

  4. Upon approval of your return request, you have 5 days to dispatch the item back to us. You can choose to use your local UPS or postal service for shipping, bearing in mind that you are responsible for the associated shipping costs. Please note that we do not provide return labels, and international shipping costs may vary.

  5. Upon receiving the returned package, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the conditions stated in the return request.

  6. Once confirmed, we will process the refund through your original payment method within 5 days. Please allow additional processing time depending on your payment method and bank. Please note that original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

C. Guidelines for Returned Packages

  • All items must be returned with their original tags intact. Any clothing items without their original tags or failing to comply with our return policy will be rejected.

  • We will refund the purchase price of the item, excluding reward points/coupons and courier charges.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

  • Shipping charges per item will be deducted from the refund amount. The exact cost depends on your location, typically ranging between 20-30 US dollars.

  • As the sender, you are responsible for the items until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure that the goods are adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend obtaining proof of postage.

  • Flowersverse will not be held liable for any merchandise returned in error.

D. Non-Acceptance of Returns

We do not accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • Items that have been worn or damaged due to improper cleaning methods are ineligible for return.

  • Orders involving the purchase of multiple pieces to choose one item are not covered by our return policy.

  • Custom-sized and custom-ordered items, including custom colors, are non-returnable. Please note that all colors, except as depicted in the product images, are customized.

Custom dresses are tailored to your specific measurements (bust, waist, hips, height, and hollow to floor), rendering them unsuitable for anyone else once made. Therefore, we regretfully cannot accept returns for custom-made gowns. However, we are available to discuss potential resolutions.

E. Please Note

While we make every effort to ensure the colors depicted in our product photos are true to the original, variations may occur due to individual computer monitor settings. If you have concerns regarding color accuracy, we encourage you to request fabric samples.
